If you have been out of the workforce for a while and would like to regain your confidence, brush up your professional and computing skills, then this course is for you.

This course is suitable for anyone who would like to develop their computer skills and brush up their workplace communication skills.

Entry Requirements

Intermediate level of English.

Outcomes

The course will cover the following topics:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Write business documents
  • Develop keyboarding skills
  • Customer Service
  • Create presentations

Units are selected from BSB30415 – Certificate III in Business Administration. Upon successful completion students will receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment.

NSW Government subsidised places are available for eligible Australian permanent residents, Australian and New Zealand citizens, humanitarian visa holders, over 15 and disadvantaged. Please call 9387 7400 to check your eligibility.
If candidates are not eligible for a government subsidy, the total cost for the course is $850.00.

You will also need a unique student identifier (USI), which we can help you set up.

  • Create electronic presentations (BSBITU312)
  • Deliver and monitor a service to customers (BSBCUS301)
  • Write simple documents (BSBWRT301)
  • Design and produce spreadsheets (BSBITU314)
  • Design and produce digital text documents (BSBITU313)
  • Develop keyboarding speed and accuracy (BSBITU307)
