Anyone with intermediate to advanced English who wishes to expand their speaking and customer service skills in order to confidently work in Australia.


Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment for the following unit:

• BSBCUS301 Deliver and monitor a service to customers (from Certificate III in Business Administration)

To attend this course, you will need to:
• Make an appointment for an assessment. Call 9387 7400 or email joanne@cec.edu.au to make an appointment.
• Obtain a unique student identifier (USI), which we can help you set up when you are assessed.
• Pay the full fee of $250.00 (tourist, working holiday and other types of temporary visas).
A reduced fee of $20 (subsidised by the NSW Government) for eligible permanent residents and citizens – please call 9387 7400 to make an appointment to check your eligibility.

Assessments are made against units of competency from the Certificate III in Business Administration BSB30415.
