Spin your life into good health and excitement and away from stress and boredom at a City East Hula Hooping class.

Hooping is a super fun way to stay fit while developing coordination, stamina, balance, and rhythm. A recent study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) revealed that working out with a weighted hula hoop burns about as many calories per minute as step aerobics, boot camp, or very brisk walking!

Catering to all levels of skill and ability, the City East Hula Hoop course covers the foundations of hooping including moves both on and off the body, multiple hoops and hoop dance. Whether you are an absolute beginner, have a little hooping history or just a hooper looking for a regular training space within a group environment, you will have fun as you enliven your senses, tone your abdominals, build core strength and tune into your rhytmic rotations whilst learning how to command correctly sized and weighted hoops

Who knows after a few classes, you may be the one to challange the 2009, 10km (1:27:25) world record for running and hooping set by Australian Boo Crystal Chan.

Anyone with a sense of play and fun. No previous experience needed.
