Strategic Questioning for Sustainability & Social Change CityEast College

Course Outline

The questions you ask determine the answers you get. That’s why asking the right questions is so important.

In this course, Grahame Collier is going to teach us how to ask those right questions. It’s called Strategic Questioning. Based on the work of Fran Peavey, this two-session practical workshop will help us use questions for sustainability and social justice more effectively.

Fran Peavey defines strategic questioning as…
Strategic Questioning is a way of talking with people with whom you have differences without abandoning your own beliefs and yet looking for common ground which may enable both parties to co-create a new path from the present situation. In every heart there is ambiguity; in every ideology there are parts that don’t fit.

I have learn to ask questions in positive way and how positive questions could lead to positive results. I have learn from others how they approach situations and ask questions.
