Course Outline

Tai Chi is a gentle health improvement exercise suitable for all ages. It improves balance and co-ordination, strengthens the legs and back, increases circulation and energy throughout the body, creates a feeling of well-being and encourages harmony of both mind and body. As a healing art, Tai Chi is beneficial for stress management, prevention of occupational diseases and the promotion of postural awareness.

This course features the short “38 form”, as well as Silk Reeling chi kung exercise, and Anan-Do meditation.

To enhance your experience, our Online Tai Chi classes are limited to ten participants using Zoom.
