Course Outline

Over the course of the program you will gain an appreciation of the unique flavours of Thai cuisine and the herbs, spices and other ingredients used to achieve these flavours. Students will learn how to prepare starters, curries, stir fries, soups, rice, noodle dishes and desserts.
