Course Outline

Take a culinary trip through the streets of Bangkok as you create a feast of best loved dishes. Thai street food is often eaten on its own or with sticky rice and the dishes come from all regions of Thailand.

In this hands on course you will make and eat:

  • Moo ping (BBQ pork in bamboo stick), Som tum (papaya salad)
  • Thai tom yum fishball (both dry dish eaten and soup).
  • Deep fried banana batter in coconut and sesame seed.
  • Deep fried marinated Thai style chicken wing.
  • Sticky rice.
