Discover the richness of Turkish culture and cuisine as you create authentic Turkish recipes age-old favourites with a modern twist. Learn to put together a traditional Turkish spread from a passionate Turkish mama who cooks with heart and soul. Every session you will work together to create a glorious Turkish feast that you can replicate at home for your family and friends.

In combining her passion for Turkish cooking and her avid interest in sharing in Turkish culture and history Emsal offers a truly ‘Turkish’ experience to her students. Her classes are informative, inclusive and inviting. As with all City East College cooking courses, this course has a hands on approach to cooking and offer all students an opportunity to actually learn to make the dishes as opposed to simply watching a demonstration.

Arguably the best part of each session is sitting down at the end to share the feast with Emsal and your fellow students. Remember to bring a take away container for any leftovers.
Course fee includes all ingredients.

Ideal for...

Anyone who wants to learn about Turkish cuisine and culture. Beginner and experienced cooks are welcome.
Unfortunately this course is not suitable for vegetarians as many of the dishes contain meat.
