Course Outline

Calm and reset your entire body and mind in this course which introduces gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques to at a slower pace, encouraging mindfulness and deep relaxation. Whether you are a completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this course offers a supportive environment to progress your yoga practice.

Classes include meditation and relaxation practices, such as Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation practice which has many benefits.

Idea for...

Anyone who wants a relaxing yoga course, no previous experience is required. If you are pregnant or have any other medical concerns please tell your tutor so they can vary the program to meet your needs.

  • Developed a basic knowledge of yoga.
  • Gained basic skills relating to a group of new yoga poses.
  • Learned correct breathing techniques.

What to bring

  • Loose comfortable cotton clothing and yoga mat.
  • Bring blanket or towel and cushion for relaxation.
