Learn to calm and reset your entire body and mind with our Restorative Yoga Classes. In this course you will cultivate techniques for a mindful practice. You will be introduced to gentle, restorative yoga postures and breathing techniques at a slower pace, encouraging mindfulness and deep relaxation. Whether you are completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our Restorative Yoga Course offers a supportive environment to progress your yoga practice. Our Restorative Yoga Classes also include meditation and relaxation practices such as Yoga Nidra, which have many benefits.

To enhance your experience, our Online Restorative Yoga classes are limited to ten participants using Zoom.

Our Restorative Yoga Classes are for anyone who wants a relaxing yoga course, no previous experience in restorative yoga is required.
