Course Outline

*Focused on building Bookkeeping skills for employment, this course aims to provides job seekers with practical Bookkeeping and XERO skills as sought by employers, and as such is designed to support gaining entry level employment in Accounting and Bookkeeping job roles, including accounts payable officer, accounts receivable officer and payroll officer.

Wishing to refresh their knowledge or learn something new
Reentering the workforce or changing careers
Who is good with numbers, has high problem-solving skills and would like to learn essential bookkeeping skills.

Entry Requirements

Permanent residents, Australian or New Zealand citizens, Humanitarian or refugee visa holders over 15 and looking for work.
Intermediate level of English.

Outcomes

  • Xero basics and Payrol

Units are selected from BSB30415 – Certificate III in Business Administration. Upon successful completion students will receive a nationally accredited Statement of Attainment.

What to bring

All course materials will be provided. Just bring a notebook and a pen and be ready to learn in a friendly and relaxed environment.
