Want to know more about who your customers are, and how they behave? This introductory course will show you how to use Google Analytics to uncover actionable data and grow your business online.

We’ll teach you how to create an account, implement tracking code, and set up data filters. You’ll learn how to navigate the Google Analytics interface and reports, as well as set up dashboards and shortcuts. The course will also demonstrate how to analyse basic Audience, Acquisition and Behaviour reports, and set up goals and campaign tracking.

We’ll dissect all the reports found in your Google Analytics account. You’ll deep dive to understand each of the reports in detail and learn exactly how to use the information they contain to grow your business online.

Google Analytics for Beginners follows a step-by-step format – using screencasts of an actual live Google Analytics account, so you can follow along. There are no long-winded lectures or boring PowerPoint presentations. Each lesson is simple and to the point.

To enhance your experience, our Online Google Analytics classes are limited to ten participants using Zoom.
