Course Outline

Restorative massage therapy has been used for thousands of years to relieve stress and muscular tension/pain, general tightness (fascia and/or muscles), fluid retention, sciatic pain, headaches, insomnia, postural issues, and much more.

Would you like to be known for your healing hands? Discover your healing hands with CEC’s ‘hands-on’ Restorative Massage Course. Learn and master the right techniques to perform restorative massage therapy.

In this hands-on restorative massage course, you will be introduced to remedial massage, reflexology, trigger point therapy, aromatherapy and assisted stretching; enabling you to apply restorative massage therapy techniques to head, neck, shoulders, back, arms, legs, feet and hands. Using a combination of popular modalities and an adaptable approach, you will learn to customise a unique and holistic restorative massage routine to relieve stress and help tone, stimulate, strengthen and heal the body.
