Course Outline

Wish you could stop and smell the roses more often? Life goes past so quickly and yet many positive things happen that we take little time to reflect on. Writing can help us re-live the best moments in our lives as well as harness what is positive about the present. It can help us feel grateful for our relationships and all that we have in our lives. It can bring us a greater understanding of ourselves and strengthen us. It can help us consider our life goals, and explore our dreams and plans for the future.
