Anna is an accomplished home cook and official ‘foodie’. Before moving to Australia she had a career in Bangkok as a retail manager, and later buyer, for a large supermarket. Her previous job took her to all parts of Thailand, where she acquainted herself with the different regional cuisines. She also has an interest in other South -East Asian cuisines, and often cooks dishes from there areas for family and friends.
