Ian first started using the Pilates Method in 2009 to help build his core and aleviate an ongoing back issue. His treatment soon became a passion and he now holds classes at all levels for various Pilates studios, gyms and private clients.
Trained with a Certificate IV in matwork instruction at Pilates International Training Centre, Ian enjoys introducing new students to the method as well as challenging experienced students to deepen their understanding of their bodies and the method.
