Elena is a highly qualified Pilates Method instruction who has been practicing Pilates regularly since 2004 and teaching since 2008. She holds Advanced Diploma of the Pilates Method, the highest qualification available, as well as specialist training in a variety areas including Pilates Triadball and Mat Variations, Core Align training, Buff Bones, Pilates for seniors, Pelvic Floor cueing and Pilates strategies for Post-operative breast surgery. She is also a full member of the Pilates Alliance of Australasia (PAA).

Most of all Elena loves experiencing and appreciating the many benefits of the Pilates Method, both on her own body and the many clients she has had over the years. Her enthusiasm is infectious.
