Lesley Loughnan is a qualified Meditation and Yoga teacher and also a psychotherapist, practicing in the eastern suburbs of Sydney. She has an affiliation with Petrea King of the Quest for Life Foundation and has worked in private practice and on residential programs for people suffering from chronic and life-threatening illness, grief, loss and trauma for the last 20 years. She has taught on the faculties of the Sydney Gestalt Institute on their four year psychotherapy degree, at Naturecare College on their Yoga Teacher Training diploma, and at CityEast Community College teaching Yoga and Meditation in the past.

Previously, Lesley was a senior executive at the Australian Broadcasting Corporation. A series of life challenges, including overcoming illness in her own life, resulted in a profound change of direction at the age of 40, giving her a deep and personal insight into the healing process.
