Course Outline



In this workshop, we will look at how you can use performance reviews to enhance the way your organisation works and encourage your staff to evolve. You will learn the real purpose and benefits of performance reviews and how they fit into the bigger picture of continuous performance improvement. You will also hone your approach to elicit the most useful outcomes, conduct the ‘future development’ element of the review and ensure follow-through after the appraisal process.
